Support Carpenter Needed!

Jamaica Cottage Shop Inc. is a premier Vermont-based manufacturer specializing in fine post and beam buildings like tool sheds, cottages, tiny homes & wood sheds. We are seeking a Support Carpenter to join our production team.

Responsibilities

Follow plans, layouts and verbal instructions.
Safely operate hand and power tools.
Work independently or as part of a team to meet production timelines.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements

Prior carpentry experience.
Comfortable working both with a team or independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Meet physical demands while adhering to all safety protocols.
Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs without issue or concern.
Reliability, attention to detail and a positive attitude.
Commitment to safe work practices.
