Community Roots Housing
Community Roots Housing is seeking an Asset Manager to oversee a portfolio of affordable multifamily properties in the Seattle area. You will review financial performance, develop asset management plans, and collaborate with property management and finance teams to sustain mission-fit operations. You'll leverage MRI IC, RealPage, and other tools to monitor compliance and drive value. This full-time hybrid role reports to the VP of Asset Management and focuses on long-term sustainability and #J-18808-Ljbffr Community Roots Housing
