We are seeking an empathetic Customer Service Representative to excel as a Remote Claims Support Specialist. Your Impact & Opportunities:- Guide and Support: Utilize excellent communication skills to explain complex claims processing information, walking clients through the start-to-finish process.
- Deliver Excellence: Manage 30-40 inbound customer service calls daily, strictly adhering to vital quality checkpoints-including identity verification and structured rapport-building.
- Optimize Workflows: Navigate multiple administrative systems and databases concurrently to process requests, dispatch forms, and collaborate seamlessly with claim examining teams.
- Problem Solve: Address complex customer inquiries swiftly, transforming challenges into positive resolutions within a dynamic, supportive remote work environment.
- Proven ability to actively listen, communicate with deep empathy, and assist individuals experiencing high-stress situations.
- Demonstrated technological proficiency with the capacity to maneuver through multiple databases and software applications efficiently.
- Commitment to maintaining precise documentation, data entry accuracy, and strict organizational confidentiality.
- Ability to effectively manage call volumes and prioritize tasks within a fast-paced environment.
- Compensation: $20.00 / hour.
- Location: Remote (Candidates must reside within a 90-minute commute of Richmond, VA).
- Schedule: Full-time (Specific shift hours to be determined during the interview process; Mondays and Tuesdays are peak volume days requiring back-to-back call management).
