• Present customized insurance proposals, clearly explaining coverage options, benefits, and policy details to ensure clients make informed decisions.
• Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients while maintaining compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.
• Manage client relationships by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries promptly, and assisting with benefits administration.
• Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems and sales administration tools to track leads, follow-ups, and policy renewals efficiently.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and product knowledge in health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and commercial insurance markets.

Qualifications

• Valid state license as an Insurance Sales Representative or equivalent certification required; active licensing preferred.
• Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a focus on insurance or financial products.
• Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Knowledge of insurance regulation, compliance standards, and benefits administration processes.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and proficiency in CRM systems for client management.
• Demonstrated analysis skills for assessing client needs and developing tailored insurance solutions.
• Customer service orientation with exceptional client communication skills to build trust and long-term relationships.
• Understanding of health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance concepts, and telemarketing techniques is highly desirable.
