IT Specialist

HotFoot Recruiters is hiring a Bilingual IT Support to manage internal IT operations for a growing semiconductor-related company in Phoenix, AZ. This role is ideal for a junior-level or entry-level candidate with a strong attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to support both local and overseas teams. Position Bilingual IT Support (Mandarin/English) Location North Phoenix, AZ (On‑Site) Type Full‑Time | Direct Hire Pay $56-65k/year Schedule Monday–Friday | Standard Business Hours Responsibilities Provide day‑to‑day IT support for internal employees, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network issues. Assist with setup, maintenance, and support of office IT equipment and network systems. Support user access, onboarding/offboarding, and general IT requests. Maintain and organize IT documentation, asset tracking, and system records. Respond to and resolve IT issues in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate with overseas teams (Taiwan HQ) for IT‑related support and communication. Assist with basic network, systems, and infrastructure support for the office environment. Support additional IT or administrative tasks as assigned. Qualifications Bilingual in Mandarin and English required (must be able to support communication with Taiwan team). Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred (new grads welcome). 0–2 years of experience or internship in IT support, help desk, or technical support. Basic understanding of IT support fundamentals, hardware/software troubleshooting, and networking concepts. Strong communication skills and ability to support non‑technical users. Positive attitude, strong learning ability, and willingness to grow in a fast‑paced environment. Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
