About the Role
The Company is in search of an Associate Vice President for Development to spearhead and elevate its fundraising endeavors across various strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing the planning and execution of both short- and long-term fundraising strategies, encompassing major, leadership, and principal giving, as well as planned, annual, and corporate and foundation giving. This role involves setting and achieving ambitious goals in partnership with the Vice President and frontline development staff, and requires the development and implementation of comprehensive strategies for the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of key prospects. The AVP will also manage a personal portfolio of leadership and principal gift prospects, with the aim of securing significant philanthropic support for institutional fundraising priorities.
