JOB DESCRIPTION Istoria is seeking a Project Manager who excels at cultivating client relationships and producing exceptional brand, web, video, and photo projects. This minutiae-loving soul will work closely with our creative team to ensure the smooth execution of projects for companies that make the world a better place. As a Project Manager, you will be a supportive driving force behind Istoria’s projects, internal processes, and client care. Your strong organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively will ensure projects are completed on time with excellence. RESPONSIBILITIES Project Management Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they align with client objectives and agency standards Facilitate communication between internal teams, clients, and external vendors Provide regular status updates to all stakeholders Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely delivery Contribute to the agency’s overall efficiency and effectiveness through process improvements Client Care Champion agency-wide client care processes Establish relationships with stakeholders, fostering partnership and trust Ensure ongoing health, success, and intentional growth of client relationships Monitoring client success and creating regular performance reports Agency Operations Facilitate weekly team huddles Own the invoicing process Support the proposal process from assembly to delivery, ensuring proposals are polished, accurate, and on brand Assist in maintaining agency tools, templates, and documentation so our systems stay current and usable Identify operational gaps and bring practical solutions to the table Team Culture & Care Help shape and sustain a healthy, motivated team environment where people do their best work Bring intentionality to how we celebrate wins, navigate challenges, and care for one another as a team Look for opportunities to strengthen communication, trust, and morale across the agency REQUIREMENTS A deep care for and commitment to the success of others Extremely detail-oriented with extraordinary follow-through skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Solid understanding of marketing principles and creative processes Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate and address challenges proactively See around corners to ensure awareness of bigger problems and opportunities ahead 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in an agency setting Proficiency in project management software (we use Basecamp) Proficiency in CRM software (we use Close) Proficiency in Google Workspace CAPM certification training or relevant project management training is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
