Maintenance Technician:

Wellspring is seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician to ensure the effective upkeep, maintenance and repair of all Wellspring facilities, including offices and residential facilities.

Qualifications:

• Five or more years of maintenance experience is required in areas such as  plumbing, carpentry, electric, drywall, mechanical, landscaping, etc. , preferably in residential maintenance .
• Experience with work order management applications is preferred.

Salary:

• $21-$25 per hour

Shift/Schedule: Monday - Friday, flexible hours between 8 - 4, 20-30 hours per week

Conditions of Employment:

• This position requires clearances of state and federal background checks, multiple abuse/sex offender registries, and clearance of exclusion lists prior to employment.

• This position requires successful passing of a physical for fitness determination for duty.
• A dependable vehicle, valid drivers' license, and maintaining automotive insurance is required.

Additional requirements:

• Will be required to provide their own basic hand tools; allowances will be given for upgrade or replacement, when applicable.
