Job Title

Registered Nurse – House Supervisor

Location

Scottsbluff, NE

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift (5:00 PM – 5:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee organization of patient placement and movement throughout the facility
• Coordinate staffing in collaboration with nursing directors
• Attend all emergency codes and traumas, providing real-time support to clinical staff
• Serve as liaison between providers, staff, and external facilities
• Provide leadership and operational support across all nursing units during shift

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Experience in an ICU or acute care clinical setting
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate staffing and patient flow
• Ability to respond to emergency codes and trauma situations

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a house supervisor or charge nurse role
• Experience acting as a liaison between clinical staff and external healthcare facilities
• Strong communication and critical decision-making skills in high-acuity environments
