Are you a motivated leader with a knack for organization and efficiency? We are looking for a dynamic Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth, safe, and timely handling of products. This is your chance to step into a key leadership role where your skills will drive team success and operational excellence.

In this role, you will supervise and audit team members' work, manage workflow, and ensure all activities align with safety and quality standards. Your leadership will help maintain a safe environment in compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You'll coordinate shipments, onboard new staff, and identify areas to eliminate waste and boost efficiency—making a real difference every day.

Required skills:

Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or similar leadership role
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with warehouse management software and inventory systems
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

Nice to have skills:

Experience with safety programs and regulatory compliance
Additional certifications related to warehouse operations or safety

Preferred education and experience:

High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree preferred)
Prior experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment, ideally 2+ years

Other requirements:

Availability to work the scheduled shift from 7:00 PM to 3:30 AM, Monday through Friday
Ability to onboard new employees and work collaboratively in a team environment
A proactive attitude towards safety and process improvement
