Earn up to $80,000 per year!

Location: Fort Myers, Florida

About Us:

ACAL Logistics is a professional FedEx Independent Service Provider (ISP) committed to safety, reliability, and top-tier delivery performance. We take pride in fostering a positive work environment where drivers are respected, supported, and rewarded for excellence.

Position Overview:

We are seeking dependable and motivated FedEx Delivery Drivers to join our team in Fort Myers, FL. Drivers are responsible for safely operating company-provided vehicles to deliver and pick up packages within an assigned route.

Compensation:

Potential earnings up to $80,000 per year

Includes base pay and performance incentives.

Schedule:

  • Full-time positions available

  • Weekday and weekend shifts may be required

  • Typical shift: 8–10 hours per day

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years old

  • Valid driver’s license (CDL not required)

  • Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check and drug screening

  • One year of verifiable driving experience (preferred)

  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and handle fast-paced delivery conditions
