LHH is actively seeking a Customer Service professional for one of our top clients in Lancaster, NY! This will be a contract to hire opportunity with our client and will report to their office in Lancaster.

Customer Service / Order Management Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Order Management: Process and manage new orders, order changes, cancellations, and expedite requests for aftermarket spare parts and repair services.
• Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, providing timely and professional updates regarding lead times, delays, quality holds, and shipping status.
• RMA & Warranty Coordination: Initiate and track Return Material Authorizations (RMAs), warranty evaluations, and repair orders. Communicate inspection findings, recommendations, and final dispositions to customers.
• Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve order shortages, shipment errors, quality concerns, and production delays. Partner closely with Planning, Quality, Engineering, Logistics, and other cross-functional teams to identify solutions and ensure customer needs are met.
• Account Support: Maintain accurate order and customer information while ensuring requests are followed through from initial inquiry to final resolution.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally, clearly, and concisely with customers and internal teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to investigate issues and identify effective solutions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to customer service.

Pay Details: $28.00 to $29.00 per hour
