Eastridge is seeking an Onsite HR Specialist in Fremont, CA to support one of our client partnerships. This role focuses on employee relations, HR administration, and day-to-day workforce support in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will handle sensitive information professionally, build strong relationships with employees and leadership, and travel locally to client locations as needed.
