Job Opportunity

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) for a night shift position that includes 3 consecutive 12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00. This role may require floating between units and is expected to involve a patient ratio of 1:5 during shifts. Weekend work is required on a rotating basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Room.
• Monitor and assess the condition of patients, providing timely interventions.
• Administer emergency medications and manage critical situations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient care and treatment plans using Epic charting system.

Qualifications

• Must possess valid BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications. NRP is preferred.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience, ideally in an emergency setting.
• Experience with a variety of patient diagnoses and procedures in a critical access facility.
• Strong clinical skills in managing acute conditions, including trauma and emergency cases.
• Previous charge experience is a plus.
