Smile, you found us! Looking for a career change in 2026? Come find out what makes Peak "THE PLACE" to work and live. Peak is looking for a "ROCKSTAR" Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Eastgrove, which is 650+ units, located in Dallas, Texas.
Ideal candidate should enjoy customer service and working with the public. Must have strong technical skills in budget preparation and reporting, finance, leasing, operations and a solid understanding of Fair Housing. Previous Property Manager experience for a small property a plus!

Requirements
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and standing and walking, giving tours, and meeting with potential tenants.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather
