Delivery Driver: Up to $500 Sign-On Bonus | $23.25/hr, Paid Weekly | 4-Day Work Week

Spelman Logistics is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner operating out of the Wallingford, CT delivery station. We’re hiring full-time and part-time drivers for peak season and beyond. Apply and interview from your phone this week.

Schedule

• Shifts start at 10:50 AM; routes are 8 to 10 hours
• Must be available to work Saturday or Sunday every weekend
• Full-time: 4 days per week
• Part-time: 2 or 3 days per week. We do not offer part-time schedules of fewer than 2 days per week.

Sign-on bonus details

• Full-time: $500 | Part-time: $250
• Earned after your first 30 days of employment. During those 30 days you must:
• Work all of your scheduled shifts, with a minimum of 4 shifts per week (full-time) or 2 shifts per week (part-time)
• Have no call-outs or no-shows
• Be actively employed and in good standing on day 30
• Paid on the next regular weekly payroll after day 30
• Seasonal and temporary hires are not eligible for the sign-on bonus

Requirements

• 21 years or older
• Valid driver’s license and a clean motor vehicle record
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening (including THC) and a background check
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, get in and out of the van, and use stairs throughout the shift
• Able to work in all weather conditions
• Comfortable using a smartphone and GPS apps
• Commercial, DOT, or CDL driving experience is a plus, but not required
• Military experience welcome

What you'll do

• Safely drive a company cargo van and deliver packages to customers
• Follow your route using the Amazon delivery app
• Keep your van clean and complete required vehicle inspections
• Deliver great customer service at every stop
