Job Description

Join a dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate where you will play an integral role in ensuring that orders are prepared and shipped efficiently. This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a focus on growth and skill development.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders for shipping and receive incoming parts and materials.
• Stock and organize inventory accurately.
• Create kits for production work and build pallets using hand and power tools.
• Handle materials and packaging with care.
• Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts, as well as pallet jacks.
• Schedule products for shipment effectively.

Essential Skills

• Basic warehouse experience is preferred.
• Experience in material handling and shipping.
• Experience with operating forklifts is preferred but not required.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and environments.

Work Environment

Work the first shift from 6 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with flexible start times to accommodate personal schedules. The workplace is a smaller, privately-owned panel shop located in a clean and organized facility. The team consists of around 30 people, all focused on building electrical control panels in a light technical setting. It's an excellent environment to learn and grow in.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Troutdale, OR.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
