Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join one of our clients within their manufacturing environment. This role will support day-to-day customer operations and provide coverage during a planned leave, with strong potential for long-term opportunity. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and email Manage the full order lifecycle in a make-to-order manufacturing environment Review and validate order details, including material availability and production readiness Utilize ERP systems (N4 preferred) to track orders and workflows Communicate order status updates and resolve customer inquiries Generate reports and support process tracking using Excel Identify opportunities to streamline and improve manual processes Hourly: $30-$32hr We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
