This is a leadership role designed for someone looking to grow into a General Manager position while building real operational experience. We are seeking dependable leaders from retail, grocery, restaurant, warehouse, banking, or similar environments who want a stable company with clear systems and advancement opportunity. Schedule Overview: This role includes a mix of daytime and evening shifts, with some weekends. Most shifts end by approximately 9:00 PM Some weekend availability is required Schedules are planned in advance Major holidays are closed (New Year’s Day, Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas) Why This Role Is Different: No late‑night closing (typically done by 9 PM) Closed major holidays Performance‑based bonus potential Clear path to General Manager Smaller, team‑focused environment Stable, system‑driven operations What You’ll Do: Lead shifts and supervise team members Support the General Manager in daily operations Assist with scheduling and labor management Maintain food quality and service standards Help manage inventory and ordering Train and develop team members Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient restaurant This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will work alongside your team while developing management capability. What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (retail, restaurant, grocery, warehouse, banking, or similar) Strong reliability and consistent attendance history Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks Comfortable using POS systems, email, and basic computer tools Professional communication skills Desire to grow into a General Manager role Restaurant experience is helpful but not required. We value stability, leadership ability, and accountability.
