Wedgewood Rehabilitation and Nursing Center

Are you a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking to make a difference every day? Join our dedicated team and help provide exceptional care to our residents in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do

Provide direct nursing care and medication administration
Supervise and support CNAs
Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes
Collaborate with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team
Help create a safe, caring, and positive environment

What We're Looking For

Current, active New York State LPN License
Compassionate, dependable, and team-focused
Strong communication and organizational skills
Long-term care experience is a plus, but not required
