About the Position

Job Quick Facts: • Specialty: Dermatology • Job Type: Permanent • Facility Location: Santa Clarita, CA • Service Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient • Reason For Coverage: Vacancy • Coverage Period: ASAP - Ongoing • Coverage Type: Clinical + Call • Work Schedule: Mon-Fri; 8a-5p - 4.5 days/week; Possible Tele-Derm 1 day/week • Call Schedule: TBD; After hrs call - Will cover 2 weeks block • Call Type: Beeper • Call Response Time: 20-30 mins • Patient Demographics: 100% Adult • Patient Volume: 25-30• Physician in Practice: 3.5• Support Staff: 1 MA, 1 LVN, 1 Office Staff • Procedures: - Cutaneous lesion injection w/chemo - Biopsy, Excision, Cryosurgery - Electro desiccation (w/ curettage)• No of Exam Rooms: 3• EMR: Epic • Hospital Privileges required: Yes Requirements: • CA License or in process • BC/BE (If BE, within 5 years of residency)• BLS • New graduates are welcome to apply Benefits: • Base Compensation • Health, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance • STD/LTD and Provider Time Off • CME • Malpractice Insurance
