As an Insurance Sales Advisor, a typical day includes:

• Daily Huddle: Participate in morning team huddles to align on goals, review best practices, and maintain high-performance momentum.
• Consultative Outreach: Use our modern CRM (AgencyZoom) and inbound leads to connect with prospective local families and business owners over the phone.
• Advisor-First Process: Educate prospective clients on risk and total protection focusing on value, advocacy, and financial security rather than cheap, lowest price quoting.
• Pipeline Management: Build and nurture a steady pipeline of prospects using our automated lead-generation workflows and CRM systems.
• Client Advocacy: Act as a trusted advisor who advocates for clients before, during, and after policy issuance.
• Professional Development: Engage in ongoing coaching, product training, and sales mastery programs to grow as a professional.

• Character & Drive: High degree of integrity, strong work ethic, empathy, coachability, and a competitive "growth mindset."
