Wendy’s is seeking an experienced, results-driven General Manager to lead restaurant operations in Collegeville, Pennsylvania. This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader who knows how to develop people, deliver excellent guest experiences, and drive sales and profitability.

As General Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, coach and develop your management team, maintain high standards, and take ownership of your restaurant’s performance. You’ll also have access to leadership development and opportunities for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and retain managers and crew members.
• Drive sales, profitability, and overall restaurant performance.
• Manage labor costs, food costs, inventory, and budgets.
• Monitor financial results and use key performance metrics to improve results.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve customer concerns.
• Build a positive, accountable, team-oriented work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of restaurant or quick-service restaurant (QSR) experience.
• At least 3 years of restaurant management experience.
• Demonstrated success leading teams and improving restaurant performance.
• Experience managing restaurant budgets, profit and loss (P&L), labor, and food costs.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation requirements.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary: $55,000–$65,000 annually.
