- At least 2 yrs experience. - Must be willing to work with ICU/IMC and Med/Surg patients. - No artificial/acrylic nails and nails must be short (1/4"). - May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed. - Required credentials include Ascension Badge Photo, Nursys License, License/Certificate Verification. - Required checklist/testing for onboarding includes Ascension Specialty Exam, Color Vision, Core Competencies, EKG Exam, Unit Specific Checklist, Education Attestation, Nursing Contract Worker Onboarding, Nova StatStrip, Epic Test-Out, and Skills Checklist. - Required professional documentation includes Driver's License/State ID, Ascension Profile, 2 Professional References, Criminal Background Check Results, EPLS, Education Verification, Confirmation of Assignment, Employment Verification. - Required personal health history includes MMR, Fit Test, Hepatitis B, Health Statement, 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot), Varicella, Tdap, 12 Panel Drug Screen. - Optional documentation includes Influenza Vaccine, Positive PPD- Negative Chest X-Ray and Annual TB Questionnaire, Hiring Manager Evaluation, Name Change Document.
