Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Montana
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current NBCOT certification
• Experience working in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a long-term care or post-acute care environment
• Familiarity with PACS or similar electronic documentation systems
