Welo Data is seeking a Data Labeling Associate (Marathi) to support the evaluation and improvement of cutting-edge AI systems.

Schedule: Full-time (40 hrs/week)

Employment Type: W2 Full-Time Employee

Contract: 1 Year (Extension Possible)

Responsibilities

Evaluate AI-generated content and provide structured feedback
Review data quality and identify trends issues and edge cases
Apply evaluation guidelines and improve quality standards
Collaborate with teams to enhance AI model performance

Requirements

Native-level Marathi proficiency
Bachelors degree or higher
B2 English proficiency
1-2 years of professional writing experience
Strong analytical critical thinking and communication skills
Experience in AI/GenAI QA data quality annotation or related fields is a plus

Important

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship)
Must be able to commute to one of the listed locations
Remote work is not available

Pay: $34/hour
