Job Description

Responding to outage calls from operations teams and leading initial response to any technical issue.

Creating procedural documentation.

Working with internal and external subject matter experts and vendors to resolve complex issues.

Implementing OS security upgrades.

Analyzing problems in software and hardware-based systems.

Performance analysis and general system health checks across various technologies.

Performing periodic maintenance procedures and proactive preventive maintenance actions.

Developing the skills to become a subject matter expert for a collection of technologies within and across facilities.
