Life and Health Insurance Sales Specialist

Careington International's High-Performance Sales Unit (H.U) is a specialized team of driven customer engagement specialists that will facilitate the sales experience for prospective members. The Customer Engagement Sales team handles Inbound calls for individual vision insurance plans, dental insurance, and Careington's fleet of discount plans. U is designed to be the tele sales hub for Careington's business to consumer marketplace. This position can be worked remotely but will require you to reside in Alabama. You must have a current Group 1 Life & Health License. Careington International is a benefit solutions-oriented company. Guaranteed commission is provided during the initial three months of training, in addition to your hourly wage. Be a Group 1 Life and Health Licensed Agent with the ability to be Certified for Medicare Efficiently handle a large quantity of inbound sales calls Ensure all phone calls are answered timely and that the caller's questions are addressed completely Maintain a thorough knowledge of all sales campaigns running through the H.Handle both insured and non-insured sales calls Work with team to exceed sales goals set forth by management Initial Training Location: Remote Post-Training Schedule Days Off: One day off during the Monday to Friday work week Saturdays: 9:30 a.m. Office Attendance ~ Remote Phone Sales Experience Must be a self-motivator with a desire to add value to the day-to-day operations of the department Must be able to accurately retain sales campaign knowledge and apply sales tactics that have been learned Must have professional phone demeanor and superb listening skills Education, Experience & Software Group 1 Life & Health Licensed Agent Interest and experience in both inbound and outbound sales calls Computer skills and experience with Microsoft Applications
