Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects, particularly in the precast concrete sector for hospitals, stadiums, and commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions and define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules and resource allocation, using Microsoft Project and JIRA.
• Manage project budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project challenges.
• Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement Agile and SCRUM methodologies to enhance project delivery efficiency.
• Ensure quality assurance measures are in place and adhered to during the project execution.
• Facilitate change management processes to adapt to project changes and stakeholder needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably with precast concrete projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, particularly Agile and SCRUM.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project and JIRA.
• Experienced in working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in risk management, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and foster strong relationships with project stakeholders.
