Responsibilities You will be managing the Marketingteam. The team are a high performing team, outperforming all expected fee levels and are in a period of growth relating to headcount. You will take on people management responsibility straight away, and will manage the recruitment process for some of the most high profile clients in the local market. You will lead from the front in this desk-based management role, helping to train and mentor other less experienced team members and recruiting to grow the team.
