Job Summary:

Wellsville Manor Care Center, a 120-bed short-term sub-acute rehabilitation and long-term care facility, has an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate RN Nurse Manager to join our team! As the RN Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our 40-bed unit, ensuring high-quality patient care, and leading a team of dedicated healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement patient care plans, assessments, and case management

• Collaborate with physicians, multidisciplinary teams, and families to promote patient health and well-being

• Supervise and develop staff to ensure excellent patient care and outcomes

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and supplies inventory

• Identify and address patient service requirements, and maintain a safe and clean working environment

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain regulatory compliance

• Manage budget and expenses while achieving financial objectives

• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and evidence-based guidelines

Requirements:

• 0 years of experience as a Registered Nurse

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams

• Advanced knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and regulations

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently

• BSN or ADN degree (n/a)

• Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
