Radiology Tech – Multimodality Technologist in Templeton, California. This travel assignment starts 09/28/2026 for 13 weeks in a Short Term Acute Care Hospital. Guaranteed 40 hours per week with a night shift (5x8 Nights). Weekly pay ranges from $2,863 to $3,051.

Responsibilities
- Operate radiologic imaging equipment across multiple modalities, including x-ray, CT, ultrasound, MRI, nuclear medicine and/or mammography
- Perform examinations in at least three imaging modalities on a regular basis
- Safely transport and transfer patients between gurneys and wheelchairs; maintain patient safety throughout imaging procedures
- Prepare and assist with contrast agents as needed; ensure proper patient screening and monitoring during procedures
- Maintain equipment readiness, perform routine quality checks, and test safety tools such as defibrillators and crash carts
- Conduct mobile or on-call imaging as required; support department efficiency and turnaround times
- Adhere to radiation safety principles, documentation, and imaging protocols; participate in ongoing quality improvement
- Utilize the imaging information system (e.g., EPIC or equivalent) to document procedures and results

Requirements
- California Radiologic Technologist (RT) license required; ARRT certification required
- Current certification in one imaging modality and ability to perform duties in at least one other advanced modality (CT, Mammography, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Sonography or PET) required
- ARRT-Radiography certification required; ARRT-CT, ARRT-M Mammography, ARRT-MRI, ARRT-NMT, or equivalent modality certifications (or eligible equivalents) required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Associate’s Degree in radiologic technology required; Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred
- Three years of technical imaging experience preferred
- EPIC experience preferred
- Ability to work a night shift schedule and travel as assigned
- Additional on-site requirements may include fluoroscopy capability and IV certification or willingness to obtain
