DC Maintenance SupervisorPosition at JBS USAPOSITION: DC Maintenance SupervisorSHIFT: 3rd Shift (MUST be Flexible)DEPARTMENT: Distribution CenterLOCATION: Marshalltown, IASALARY CLASS: ExemptQUALIFICATIONS:Supervisory skills; good interpersonal relations; ability to handle conflict.Good verbal and written communication skills, people skills.Ability to speak multiple languages beneficial.Maintenance background and PLC knowledge.Great work ethic a MUST.Great follow up.Coaching/teaching skills.RESPONSIBILITIES:Perform on line edits, and program changes with PLC's and familiarity with box logic.Other responsibilities include knowledge of troubleshooting, replacing, calibrating, and testing malfunctioning (pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical) components on high speed machinery systems, and process control systems.Inspect, clean, treat for corrosion and perform system operational checks on high speed machinery systems, industrial control systems, and instrumentation systems.Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical circuitry malfunctions using visual and auditory senses, test components and technical publication.Monitors work conditions with a main focus on safety and solid adherence to process and procedure.
