Responsibilities: Provide specialized nursing care in the Medical ICU setting, managing ventilators and critical care drips. Perform procedures such as intubations, ventriculostomy drain management, and proning patients. Assess patient condition thoroughly and accurately, with proficiency in cardiac, neuro, and respiratory systems. Adhere to infection control protocols, including donning and doffing PPE.
