Responsibilities:
Program CNC parts and plan machining operations.
Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes.
Select tooling and adjust feeds, speeds, and offsets.
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools.
Troubleshoot machining issues and maintain quality standards.
Perform basic machine maintenance and maintain a clean work area.
Requirements:
2+ years of machining experience.
2+ years of CNC milling experience.
1+ year of CNC programming experience.
Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings.
Knowledge of tooling, workholding, feeds, speeds, and shop mathematics.
Experience with calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Ability to lift approximately 40 pounds.
Must pass a federal background check.
Preferred Skills:
Fusion 360 CAD/CAM and SolidWorks.
Haas CNC controls.
CNC turning and live-tool lathes.
Job-shop, prototype, or low-volume machining experience.
