Lehigh Resort and Golf Club | Lehigh Acres, FL.

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and help ensure our resort facilities, equipment, and grounds are maintained to high standards of safety, appearance, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, schedule, train, and supervise maintenance staff.
• Oversee daily repairs, preventive maintenance, and facility inspections.
• Maintain resort buildings, equipment, machinery, and related systems.
• Prioritize work orders and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate and oversee vendors and outside contractors.
• Monitor department expenses, purchasing, supplies, and budget performance.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with applicable safety and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with fire and life-safety programs.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and project records.
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to the General Manager.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous maintenance and supervisory experience.
• Strong working knowledge of general building and facility maintenance.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to changing operational needs.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform hands-on maintenance work and meet the physical demands of the position.
• Availability for additional hours, weekends, or on-call needs when required.

Preferred:

• Resort, hotel, condominium, or multi-facility maintenance experience.
• CPO, EPA Universal, OSHA/safety training, or similar maintenance-related certifications.
• Experience with computerized work-order or preventive-maintenance systems.
