Inpatient Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist

Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapist for our Aldie, VA inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will assess patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injury, orthopedic conditions, and complex medical illnesses. You will develop and deliver evidence-based treatment plans, focusing on ADL/IADL retraining, cognitive and neuromotor rehab, and functional mobility to maximize independence and safety. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, document in the EMR, support safe discharge planning, and participate in quality improvement and professional development activities.
