Member Advocate: Healthcare Eligibility & Call Center

Healthcare Financial, Inc. (HFI) is seeking a Member Advocate to support vulnerable members who may qualify for Medically Complex and Medicaid programs. This is a high-volume call center role requiring inbound/outbound calls, dialer campaigns, and documentation in proprietary systems. The ideal candidate has an Associate degree and 2+ years in a fast-paced customer service/healthcare setting, strong communication, confidentiality, and the ability to work Monday–Friday 11:00 am – 7:00 pm or 12:00 #J-18808-Ljbffr Healthcare Financial, Inc.
