Loan Assistant Manager

Managing the operations of a remote call center, the full-time Service Center Loan Assistant Manager will oversee staff, ensure quality member service, and enhance financial relationships while coaching agents on sales and servicing techniques. Key responsibilities Coaches and trains call center agents on sales and servicing techniques while monitoring performance metrics Assists agents in resolving escalated issues and performs audits to ensure compliance with regulations and internal procedures Participates in budget planning and drives innovation and improvements across the department Required qualifications Three years of experience in a similar or related role, with a focus on call center supervision Two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Symitar Ability to coach and lead others in providing quality service and selling financial services Knowledge of credit union policies and procedures related to loan origination and new accounts
