Job Description Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Plastic Surgeon role based in Newton, MA. The role involves performing a variety of plastic, cosmetic, and aesthetic procedures. Responsibilities include consulting with patients to discuss their goals and conducting detailed examinations to develop customized treatment plans. The surgeon will also collaborate with a skilled medical team to provide exceptional care and outcomes for patients, following all safety and medical protocols. Qualifications: • Proficiency in Plastic Surgery and Cosmetic Surgery, with a track record of excellent patient outcomes • Expertise in Surgery and advanced techniques • Strong foundation in Medicine and its applications in plastic and reconstructive procedures • Board certification in Plastic Surgery or eligibility to obtain certification • Proven ability to provide a high standard of patient care and maintain patient privacy • Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to collaborative team environments • Valid medical license for practice in the state of Massachusetts or the ability to obtain one • Board Certified by the ABPS in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery • Comprehensive training in cosmetic and plastic surgery of the breast and body • High ratings and excellent patient reviews along with an impressive collection of before and after photos illustrating your actual patient outcomes • Exceptional interpersonal skills with both team members and patients • Confident in all aspects of cosmetic surgery of the breast and body, transgender top surgery and an interest in vaginal rejuvenation • Caseload should feature breast implant exchange, mastopexy, abdominoplasty, liposuction, brachioplasty, mommy makeover, body reconstruction, and more • Excited to participate in seminars, webinars, and our social media • Interested in the latest cutting-edge technologies to bring to the practice Benefits: The right candidate will receive a generous salary with performance bonus, as well as ownership equity in the organization.aa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
