Respiratory Therapist Travel PositionThis is a seasonal travel position for a Respiratory Therapist. The role involves working in a fast-paced critical care environment. Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months current RRT experience. NBRC certification is required. Preferred candidates will have pediatric or PICU experience. Strong ICU experience is also desired. The unit is staffed by 95 respiratory therapy professionals. Typical equipment used includes Draeger vents, Hamilton s, and Airvo for HHFNC. The position entails performing respiratory care treatments. Ventilator management, both invasive and noninvasive, is a key responsibility. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, critical care facility. The unit provides 24/7 coverage by adult intensive care physicians. It accommodates various critical care needs including Level 1 trauma and ECMO in adults.
