W.B. Guimarin is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Foreman to lead installation crews on commercial construction projects throughout South Carolina. If you're a hands-on leader who takes pride in quality workmanship, safety, and developing great teams, we'd like to talk with you.
What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise commercial HVAC installation crews
- Coordinate daily jobsite activities to keep projects on schedule
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Install commercial HVAC equipment, ductwork, and related systems
- Ensure work meets company quality standards and building codes
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite
- Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and customers
- Mentor apprentices and help develop the next generation of technicians
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience
- Previous foreman or crew leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and sheet metal installation
- Ability to read blueprints and coordinate field work
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- OSHA certification preferred
