How will you contribute and grow?

The Distribution Systems Analyst is responsible for development and support of the organization's processes, technical training, and technology. This role's focus is driving effective change in people, process, and technology while fulfilling operational support needs. The successful candidate requires the ability to gain deep, technical understandings of systems, design and implement process improvements, and soft skills necessary for influencing a wide stakeholder base and executing successful change management.

Salary Range: $80k - $85k

Are you a match?

Required qualifications:

• 2-4 years prior experience in a fast-paced business logistics and/or supply chain function
• Exceptional relationship building and communications skills across various organizational levels.
• Sound knowledge of business principles, processes and concepts related to manufacturing, service and distribution facilities, including vendor managed inventory (VMI), customer service and demand/supply planning. 3-4 years functional knowledge in one of these areas.

• Must be able to handle multiple priorities at one time and be results-oriented
• Demonstrated change management skills
• Proven skills in coordination and good interpersonal skills
• Critical thinking skills to facilitate stakeholder sessions
• Proficient in Google Suite, Smartsheets and Microsoft Office applications, mobile applications or Power BI.
• Experience writing and deploying scripts (specifically Google App Scripts).
• Deep understanding of API integration processes and working with interfaces between programs.
• Strong experience designing and executing functional testing and UAT.
• Experience using proprietary and/or off-the-shelf planning/optimization programs
• Ability to drive the right behaviors based on data
• Participated in multiple knowledge transfer sessions with a variety of teams
• Created training documents and the facilitation of training among multiple areas.
• Experience in the development and facilitation of training material for deployment to new hires and existing associates, using a variety of instructional techniques or formats (such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, etc.)

Preferred qualifications:

• 4 year business degree required; business logistics or supply chain management degree
