We are excited to announce an opening for a full-time Interventional Cardiologist to join our team at Orion Medical, located in Southeast Houston, TX.
Orion Medical is a leading cardiology practice, comprised of a dedicated team of seven board-certified physicians and one advanced practice provider. Our mission is to deliver top-notch care in a welcoming, family-oriented environment. Since 2012, we have been serving Southeast Houston and its surrounding suburban areas, with offices in Friendswood, Pasadena, and two convenient locations in Houston.
We take pride in being the only practice in Texas with five IAC accreditations, covering Echo, Vascular, Nuclear, PET, and Veins. Our expertise includes comprehensive cardiovascular care, sleep medicine, and the treatment of venous diseases.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with four interventionalists and two non-invasive cardiologists
- Provide care across four clinic locations
- Engage with four hospitals
- Participate in a call rotation, typically one weekend per month
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Cardiology
- Open to new graduates and early-career professionals
- Clinic hours are Monday through Friday

The neighborhoods in South and Southeast Houston are conveniently located near major employment and business hubs, including the Texas Medical Center, downtown Houston, Greenway Plaza, and the Galleria. Numerous master-planned communities, such as Tuscan Lakes, Pomona, Meridiana, and West Ranch, offer a range of amenities and are situated within excellent school districts.
