Operations ManagerWork Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.Position OverviewReporting to the Director, Plant Manager, The Operations Manager is responsible for leading manufacturing operations within a fast-paced production environment, ensuring achievement of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity (SQDCP) objectives. This leader develops supervisors, drives continuous improvement initiatives, improves operational performance, and partners across the business to support customer commitments and profitable growth.
