FT Days 6am-6pm (scheduled every other weekend) PT Days 6a-230p (no scheduled weekend but on call every 4th weekend) PT Evening 2p-1030p (no scheduled weekend but on call every 4th weekend) FT Nights 6p-6a (scheduled every other weekend) FT Nights 6p-6a (no scheduled weekend but on call every 4th weekend)

Requirements:

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff.
