Back of House Team Member

$12 per hour

Chick-fil-A

Burleson, TX

Heart Of House Team Member (Kitchen & Prep)

Location: Chick-fil-A at South Burleson - 111 NW John Jones Drive

Pay: Starting at $12.00/hour, based on experience

The "Vibe"

If the Front of House is the stage, the Back of House is the pit crew. We are the heartbeat of Chick-fil-A Burleson. We're looking for the focused, the fast, and the fun. If you like staying busy, working with your hands, and being part of a high-performance team that wins together, you belong here.

Why the BOH is the Best Seat in the House

High-Energy Environment: The shifts fly by. No standing around staring at the clock—we're always in the zone.
The "Engine" Mentality: You'll learn the logistics of a multi-million dollar kitchen operation. It's basically a masterclass in efficiency.
Closed on Sundays: Guaranteed time for your family, your friends, or just a mental health day.
Free Meals & Gear: Free Chick-fil-A every shift plus high-quality team gear.
Scholarship Opportunities: Get up to $25,000 for college while working a job that respects your school schedule.
No "Customer Stress": Love the brand but don't want to be "people-facing" all day? The BOH lets you focus on your craft and your team.

What You'll Be Doing

Mastering the Menu: Learning the "gold standard" of food safety and preparation (breading, assembly, and quality control).
The Speed Challenge: Working with your "squad" to get orders out accurately and lightning-fast during the Burleson lunch rush.
Equipment Pro: Learning to operate high-tech kitchen systems and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
Innovation: Helping us find better ways to serve our community faster and fresher.

Who You Are

A "Do-er": You'd rather be moving and doing something than sitting behind a desk.
Team Player: You've got your teammate's back when things get busy.
Detail Oriented: You take pride in making sure every sandwich looks like the picture.
Goal-Driven: You love the feeling of hitting a target (like keeping "Ticket Times" low).
