Want to become a manager but don’t have formal experience yet? This is your path. Cheetah Clean is hiring for our Fast Track General Manager Program —a hands‑on leadership opportunity designed to develop future GMs from the ground up. You’ll learn operations, team leadership, customer experience, and business strategy while growing fast in a high‑performance culture. What You’ll Do: Lead teams and deliver 5‑star customer service Learn daily operations, KPIs, and profitability Hire, train, and develop future leaders Drive growth and represent the Cheetah Clean brand What We’re Looking For: Motivated leaders (retail/service experience a plus) Strong communication and work ethic Willing to work 45+ hrs/week (including weekends) Open to growth and relocation within your region What You’ll Get: $50,000–$70,000 earning potential Rapid advancement to General Manager Health insurance (80/20), 401(k) with match Paid vacation + educational reimbursement Ready to lead?
