Working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, you will lead go-to-market initiatives, deliver impactful enablement programs, and help maximize the success of key commercial investments. This role is ideal for a collaborative, data-driven professional who enjoys translating insights into action and influencing business outcomes.ResponsibilitiesExecute go-to-market strategies for commercial product releases and enhancements that drive positive business outcomesAlign Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams around launches and initiativesBuild repeatable GTM processes, manage timelines, and deliver against key performance indicatorsDevelop reports and dashboards to track sales campaign effectiveness and key business initiativesTake proactive actions to increase market awareness and drive usage and preference of LN content, products, and servicesDeliver customer-facing presentations, training programs, playbooks, and enablement materialsConduct competitive research and analysis while incorporating customer insights into messaging and GTM strategyPresent GTM strategies, launch plans, and business results to senior leadersRequirementsExcellent verbal and written communication and presentation skillsEquivalent professional experienceAbility to lead cross-functional collaboration, driving accountability and alignment across teams to achieve shared business goalsStrong project management skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver under deadlinesAnalytical mindset with comfort using dashboards and analyzing data to inform decisionsCRM and GTM tooling expertiseProficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPointExperience with tools such as Salesforce, Seismic, or product analytics platformsWork in a Way That Works for YouWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization. If performed in New York, the base pay range is $78,700 - $131,400.If performed in New York City, the base pay range is $85,900 - $143,300.If performed in Rochester, NY, the base pay range is $71,600 - $119,400.If performed in New Jersey, the base pay range is $84,546 - $135,054.U.S. National Base Pay Range: $71,600 - $119,400.
