HVAC Install Technician

McAfee Heating and Air Conditioning in Cuyahoga Falls, OH is seeking an HVAC Install Technician to join our family-oriented team. In this role, you’ll install residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork. You’ll remove old equipment, set new units, run lines and wiring, and ensure safe, code-compliant installations. You’ll interact with homeowners, explain system operation, and represent our customer-first values.
